About this Edition
The 2023 edition of Construmat, formerly known as Barcelona Building Construmat, unfolded from 23rd to 25th May in Barcelona, Spain. This year's event marked a significant shift to an annual occurrence with a fresh three-day format, reflecting the evolving demands of the 21st-century market. Over 15,000 visitors joined the event at Gran via Barcelona, immersing themselves in the diverse sectors of the building, refurbishment, and maintenance industry.
Throughout the show, local buyers, SMEs, and self-employed workers had the opportunity to engage with over 250 brands hailing from Spain and international markets. Construmat 2023 served as a hub for networking, allowing exhibitors to forge new connections with customers and key industry influencers. The event's Innovation area was a highlight, showcasing cutting-edge construction systems, interior design concepts, sustainable building materials, and more. Here, attendees could witness product demonstrations from startups, participate in workshops, and celebrate the achievements of the Construmat Awards recipients.
