About this Edition
The Foodex 2023 event, held biennially in Birmingham, was a significant gathering for the food and beverage processing and packaging industry. After a schedule disruption due to the pandemic, the event successfully resumed on 24 – 26 April 2023 as part of the UK Food & Drink Shows. This initiative brought together six events, offering a comprehensive look at the sector's various facets.

These exhibitors showcased the latest machinery, equipment, and solutions that are at the forefront of Industry 4.0, helping to drive innovation in food manufacturing.
