About this Edition

The Foodservice Australia 2024 trade show took place from 19 to 21 May 2024 at the International Convention Centre Sydney. This event was a key gathering for the food and hospitality sectors, attracting over 450 exhibitors and more than 10,000 professional buyers. Participants had the chance to connect with new suppliers and stay abreast of the latest in baking, catering, coffee equipment, and food and beverage trends.

Throughout the show, attendees explored a diverse array of products and solutions tailored for restaurants, hotels, bars, cafés, commercial kitchens, supermarkets, and retail venues. In addition, the event featured a packed programme of special events aimed at enhancing culinary skills, including the ACF Chef Success Workshop, Bocuse d’Or Australia, and Chef of the Year competitions.

During the event, the New Technology Hub entered its third year, shining a light on innovative startups. The Sweet Spot showcased top chocolatiers, bakers, and pastry chefs in action. Meanwhile, the National Restaurant Conference and Aged Care Catering Summit provided insights into the latest industry developments. Café School offered a series of presentations, workshops, and tastings, and the Plant Base pavilion focused on vegan products.
