About this Edition
The FORMEX Spring 2022 event, scheduled to be held in Stockholm, Sweden, was cancelled due to the unforeseen circumstances surrounding the Omicron variant. This decision was made with the health and safety of participants in mind. Despite this, the FORMEX Autumn edition remained unaffected.
FORMEX is recognized for its biannual gatherings that serve as a nexus for the Nordic interior design sector. It attracts a diverse group of professionals including buyers, designers, and media from around the globe. The event typically welcomes around 20,000 attendees, offering them a glimpse into the latest trends in interior design, decoration, and Scandinavian living.
During the event, participants would have experienced ten expertly curated showcase areas featuring over 800 exhibitors. These areas were designed to facilitate discovery of new products and foster profitable business connections. In addition, FORMEX provided a range of networking opportunities and market insights over the four-day period.
Throughout the show, attendees could have participated in workshops, enjoyed special displays, and attended the award ceremonies for two exclusive design prizes. Formex Nova was set to recognize the most innovative newcomers in the Nordic design scene, while Formex Formidable was to honor exceptional design ideas.
