About this Edition
From 5 – 7 April, Stockholm hosted GastroNord 2022, a premier event for the HoReCa industry in Northern Europe. After a hiatus due to the pandemic, the event made a strong comeback at Stockholmsmassan, with participants looking forward to a comprehensive programme filled with business opportunities.
Throughout the show, over 350 exhibitors showcased innovative products to an audience of approximately 18,000 visitors. The Vinordic trade show ran concurrently, presenting a selection of high-quality spirits. Special stages like BarNordic and FoodTech & Innovations offered attendees a chance to gather leads and find inspiration. The Taste Lab and the Discovery Room were also present, providing a glimpse into the latest food trends.
During the event, the GastroSummit forum addressed the future of food, while competitions such as the Pizza Champion Cup and the GS Commis Award celebrated the industry's finest offerings.
