About this Edition
Horecava, the largest Dutch event for the food, beverage, and service industry, took place at RAI Amsterdam from 9th to 12th January 2023. After a hiatus due to Covid-19, the event successfully jumpstarted the hospitality industry's annual gatherings. Over 2,000 exhibitors participated, representing more than 40,000 HoReCa firms across various sectors. Horecava 2023 was segmented into areas such as Bakery & Pastry Shop, Cold and Warm drinks, large kitchen, Fast service, and Food & Wine pairings, among others.
Throughout the show, attendees engaged in a rich supporting programme that facilitated B2B meetings and networking opportunities tailored to specific F&B sectors. Industry experts gathered at TrendLAB to discuss sustainability and hybrid catering solutions, while the OneUNIT cocktail competition showcased bartenders' mixology skills. The Start-upLAB highlighted emerging entrepreneurs in the food industry. In addition, the Marketing Breakfast Club and a Festive Ceremony celebrated the Horecava Innovation Award winners.
