About this Edition
The benchmark European event for developments in food, beverage, hospitality, and food service machinery and equipment, Hostelco, will bring together major suppliers, buyers, and experts across the F&B and retail sectors, for an insightful four-day event from 20 to 23 March 2028. The trade fair will be held in parallel with Alimentaria, the renowned exhibition dedicated to food services. Fira Barcelona - Gran Via will become a lively arena for innovative technologies, meaningful discussions, and building new partnerships.
Over 3,300 companies will showcase high-quality products and solutions from food, gastronomy, hospitality, sales, logistics, and professional equipment. Across 100,000 m2 of exhibition area, attendees can explore the diversity of products first-hand.
