The 28th edition of the International Federation for the Surgery of Obesity and Metabolic Disorders (IFSO) took place in Santiago, Chile from 9 to 12 September 2025. Over 3,200 attendees, including more than 1,000 delegates and 450 speakers, gathered at Metropolitan Santiago for this prominent congress.
