About this Edition
Unfortunately, INTERGASTRA 2022, the leading German trade fair for the hotel and gastronomy industry, was cancelled due to the latest state-issued Corona Ordinance. The next edition is scheduled for February 2024 in Stuttgart, Germany.
During its last expected iteration, INTERGASTRA 2022 was set to host over 1,500 exhibitors and welcome 100,000 visitors from 75 countries. The event aimed to serve as a vibrant platform for HoReCa professionals to discuss and anticipate the latest challenges in the food and hospitality sectors.
In addition to the main trade fair, GELATISSIMO, a dedicated event for the ice-cream and gelato business, was to present the hottest trends. The Stuttgart Coffee Summit also planned to run parallel, continuing its growth as the largest coffee-related event in Germany.
