About this Edition
Every two years, the hospitality industry looks forward to Messe Stuttgart hosting INTERGASTRA, Germany's premier HoReCa trade fair. The cancellation of the previous edition has heightened anticipation for INTERGASTRA 2024, scheduled for 3rd to 7th February 2024. More than 100,000 visitors are expected to attend this significant event.
At INTERGASTRA 2024, over 1,500 exhibitors from the hospitality and gastronomy sectors will showcase their latest innovations. The event serves as a melting pot for generating ideas on kitchen systems, food, ambience, furnishings, beverages, and coffee. It also provides a platform for start-ups to launch products to an international audience ready to make purchases. The innovation area, known as Fokus Hotel, will be a key feature, along with the Stuttgart Coffee Summit, which brings together coffee roasters and equipment suppliers. Local private craft breweries will display their expertise at the Beer Garden of Regional Diversity.
The 2nd edition of the IKA/Culinary Olympics is set to be a highlight at INTERGASTRA 2024, with over 2,000 chefs from 70 countries competing and presenting 8,000 international menus.
