About this Edition
The hospitality industry's key biannual event, INTERGASTRA, took place from 7th to 11th February 2026 at Messe Stuttgart. Over 1,300 exhibitors from various sectors of hospitality and gastronomy gathered, offering visitors a comprehensive view of the latest industry trends and products.
Throughout the show, attendees had the opportunity to directly engage with exhibitors, test products, and exchange ideas. Each market segment was well-represented, with established leaders, dynamic SMEs, and new market entrants all in attendance. The event facilitated a hands-on experience for visitors to compare products and services, ensuring they found solutions tailored to their needs.
During the event, the F&B showcase - FOODSpecial Stuttgart allowed attendees to sample a variety of ready-made delicacies, while the Stuttgart Coffee Summit brought together coffee enthusiasts, roasters, and equipment suppliers. The 3rd edition of the IKA/Culinary Olympics was a highlight, with over 2,000 chefs from 70 countries competing by preparing 8,000 international menus.
