About this Edition
The baking and confectionary industry's key players gathered at InterSICOP 2024 from the 17th to the 20th of February. Held at the well-known IFEMA – Fiera de Madrid, the event showcased the latest in tastes, products, and services from the confectionery and ice cream sectors, emblematic of Spain's vibrant industry.
