About this Edition
The 31st edition of SIMEI, the trade fair for oenological and beverage technologies, will be held from 17 to 20 November 2026. The event will take place at Fiera Milano, alongside the inaugural Bevertech, which will showcase technologies for the liquid food and beverage sector.
More than 570 exhibitors are expected to present innovative solutions in oenology and bottling machinery. Approximately 33,000 buyers will attend, exploring a range of products that cover the entire production process. This includes blending systems, control panels, analysis equipment, fruit processing machinery, packaging systems, bottle storage, and tank cleaning machines. Key topics will focus on sustainability, health and safety, automation, AI, and efficiency.
In addition to the extensive product display, SIMEI 2026 will feature a comprehensive programme of conferences, workshops, and B2B meetings. These sessions will delve into innovations in wine, beer, and oil production, as well as market developments and strategic challenges.
